Roland founded Universal Applications Inc. in 1975, guiding its evolution through telecommunications, computers, and changing technologies before selling the company in 2023. In 2003, he founded Dreamteam Technologies Inc., providing technology and internet services until its sale in 2019. He established Lewan Technologies in 2020 and continues to advise clients on advanced technology and business solutions.
His ventures have also spanned computer manufacturing, aerospace technology, international importing, and music composition and publishing. That breadth brings a business owner’s perspective to every engagement.
